Euroelettra Ingeniería, S.L.  offers complete solutions to industrial automation processes which start with the identification of the customer need and with the project design, and finish with the assembly on site and commissioning the machinery supervision systems, management and control systems of industrial processes or weighing systems. We carry out the whole process and we deliver it as a turn-key project, meaning that an important comfort and speed to customers since they do not have to contact multiple suppliers to complete the installation.


In Euroelettra Engineering, SL we develop industrial automated projects by following a pattern that involves the next steps, which are developed in a serie of tasks required to develop the project properly. Are as follows:

  1. System proposal:
    1. Definition of the customer needs.
    2. Collection of data, drawings, specifications, etc.
    3. Project design and economic assessment.
    4. Presentation of design and solutions with economic proposal to the client. If the customer agrees, the project is ready to be developed.
  2. Development and execution of the project and its control:
    1. Writing the descriptive technical report.
    2. Distribution of documentation.
    3. Making plans and electrical schemas.
    4. Purchasing and production planning.
    5. Construction of machines, control switchboards, installation and assembly, programming software development, instrumentation and dosage systems.
    6. Test the system developed in our facilities with the customer presence.
  3. Starting the project at the customer facilities.
  4. Project validation. After commissioning the project, it is submitted to validation by the customer.
  5. Delivery of documentation and manuals..
  6. T.A.S. (Technical Assistance Service) and Maintenance of the developed system, both hardware and software.

 Although Euroelettra has been involved in several projects with robotics in the last three years, has been in this 2014, when we have become consolidated in this type of industry autonomously with turnkey projects like the one we just take enforcement within the demanding automotive; where one of the largest manufacturers of springs for suspensions nationally has trusted our company to implement a dual robotic handling system of springs with demands and production techniques such as:

Again a major international group, based in France, has relied on our services to pursue the implementation of a comprehensive system of data acquisition and processing in real time for one of its production plants in Spain The project will be operational by the end of 2014 and covers the necessary hardware extensions on existing plant systems, like all software development as jointly designed according to customer needs, which has been highly valued by the technical management of this multinational group.
